Harriet and Iain

We don't really remember exactly which TUBBS rehearsal we actually met at, but Iain was directing the chorus and Harriet was a new first year soprano (and blonde, back in those days). We discovered: over a pint (and a half-pint, of course) of cider that Harriet was starting the same astrophysics courses Iain had done a few years earlier at Bristol; over the next few years a shared love of Terry Pratchett's Discworld books; and the ever-present world of barbershop and choral singing.

It was appropriate that Iain's Proposal was not only via the medium of song, but also at a TUBBS showcase with so many of our friends present.
